REGISTRATION School Year 2021 - 2022
A. OLD Students
- SMS Online Registration will start on May 17, 2021
- For those with back accounts, please register and enroll onsite
B. NEW Students (SY 2021-2022)
No need to take the SMS Entrance Examination provided:
1. Has no failing grade in any subject/quarter
2. With a General Average of:
85% - incoming Grades 1-7
80% - incoming Grade 8 onwards
For Pre-school:

However, the following requirements must be submitted to the Guidance Office for verification prior to enrollment.
1. PSA Birth Certificate(photocopy)
2. 2 X 2 ID Pictures (2 copies)
3. Good Moral Certificate
4. Latest Report Card (original and 1 photocopy)
